Library Card Requirements

  1. Please Provide Identification

  2. New patron card
    3. Make sure you do not have a card from
    any other libraries on our system.
    Patron needs to fill out the library form

  3. Renewing patron card
    4. Patron needs to fill out the library form
    Change expiration date in the computer
    Stamp the patron’s card with new date

  4. Replacement card

    5. Patron needs to fill out library card form
    Check information in the computer
    It’s .50 cents for a replacement card
