Dear Library Patron,
We welcome you as a new patron of Bowerston Public Library. We are here to serve you. Feel free to ask us to help if you cannot find the information you are looking for.
New Patron Information

Bowerston items
may be checked out for 3 weeks.

All new items are
checked out for seven days.

Items may be
renewed over the phone, unless they are on hold for another person.

Fines for
Bowerston Library items are $.10 per day. All fines stay in the computer system
until paid.

There is a limit
of $2.50 in fines. The fine must be less than $2.50 to check out any items at
the Bowerston Library.

Items placed on
reserve through the computer, by you or a librarian, will be held at the library
for seven days.

An item cannot be
renewed if it has a reserve placed on it by another patron in the library
system.

If item is not
picked up, reserved items will be automatically canceled after seven days and
returned to the lending library, or the next person on the reserve list.
Please do not hesitate to call us if a problem should arise, or if you need information. We look forward to seeing you soon.
RULES TO BORROW VIDEOCASSETTE OR DVD'S:
1. Borrower must be 18 years of age.
2. Please rewind the videocassette before returning it to the library.
3. The same rules apply to videocassette &
DVD as those for
books.
